100g butter
100g brown sugar
1 tablespoon golden syrup
150g SR flour
Choc chips or smarties
Cream the butter and sugar together
Add the golden syrup and mix
Add the flour and choc chips/smarties
Divide into about 10 pieces and roll into a ball. Place on a greased baking sheet spaced well apart. Bake at 180 for about 12 mins. Don't over cook. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
