Pulled pork

2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of paprika
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Shoulder joint of pork

Take the rind off the pork. Mix all the ingredients together and rub all over the pork. Leave to marinate overnight. Next morning place in the slow cooker and cook on high for approximately 7 hours or until the pork is soft and flakes easily.

Flake the pork with two forks. Serve with wraps, grated cheese, salsa, jalepenos, sour cream and salad.
