Mince pies with a difference

A packet of puff pastry
A jar of mincemeat
grated zest of an orange
milk for glazing

Roll out the pastry into a large oblong. Spread with mincemeat then roll up. Cut into slices and lay onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Brush with milk and bake for about 20 minutes at 220 C. Sprinkle with grated orange zest
